Welcome to the PCSB2K 25th Anniversary Reunion website. By accessing or using our website, purchasing tickets, making donations, or participating in any fundraising activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Event Registration & Ticket Purchase

1.1 B2K Contribution Ticket (BCT) – By purchasing a BCT, you confirm that you are a PCSB2K alumnus or an invited guest. The ticket fee covers event participation, alumni dues, and access to the digital yearbook.

1.2 Payments – All ticket purchases, merchandise orders, and donations must be paid in full unless an installment option is specified. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

1.3 Non-Refundable Policy – All ticket purchases and donations are non-refundable. In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be communicated.

1.4 Transfer of Tickets – BCT tickets are non-transferable unless prior approval is granted by the event organizers.

2. PCSB2K Fundraising Initiatives

2.1 Sponsorship & Advertising – Businesses participating in the Digital Yearbook Sponsorship or PCSB2K NegoSHOW agree to provide accurate information for promotional materials. All sponsorship placements are subject to approval.

2.2 Merchandise Orders – All orders for PCSB2K merchandise (caps, shirts, and bundles) are final. Exchanges will only be allowed for defective items upon verification.

2.3 Solicitations & Donations – All contributions to the fundraising campaign are voluntary and will be used exclusively for the planned event expenses.

3. Data Privacy & Security

3.1 Personal Information – By registering, making purchases, or subscribing to updates, you agree to provide accurate personal details. We protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Third-Party Payment Processors – We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions. We do not store or have access to your financial details.

3.3 Cookies & Tracking – Our website may use cookies to improve user experience. You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

4. Website Use & Conduct

4.1 Intellectual Property – All content, including logos, images, text, and digital yearbook materials, are the intellectual property of PCSB2K and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
